“The clearest expression of iced coffee.” That is our philosophy, and it starts with a roasting process that is tied closely to the brewing method.

With a Loring Falcon-15 Roaster, the company has spared no expense to provide its talented roaster the means to extract the flavor he wants in every bean roasted. After doing the hard work of finding the best beans, he roasts them to a fine-tuned symphony of flavor. Touch screen computer controls allow him to develop programmable roast profiles which provide consistency from roast to roast. 

A trade secret process - brewing hot in an oxygen-free environment, then cold pressing – is used to extract the maximum flavor from each bean. This process works especially well for coffee that is meant to be served cold. Its concentrated form can be blended with other ingredients, including dairy and plant-based milks, to create a variety of delicious iced coffee drinks.
